Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Residential Manager to oversee a residential home for people served in Massachusetts. You will ensure quality of care, hire and supervise staff, manage the program budget, and coordinate clinical and residential operations in compliance with policies and funding requirements.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, supervisory experience, knowledge of DDS/CARF regulations, and ability to work with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's degree with direct care experience acceptable.
• High school diploma with multiple years of direct care experience acceptable.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Understanding clinical needs of the people served is required.
• Valid US driver’s license and one year of driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program, agency and accreditation standards are met regarding quality of care.
• Coordinate staffing based on defined ratios; manage scheduling and agency relief staff.
• Conduct monthly supervision and team meetings to coach staff.
• Provide timely performance evaluations and address concerns.
• Maintain certifications (CPR/1st Aid, PPS, PABC) and training requirements.
• Oversee finances: budget, overtime, supplies.
