Job summary

Merakey seeks a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within their Division, coordinating activities and supervising staff to ensure high-quality services for participants. The role may involve managing a caseload and reporting to the Program Director.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. The position offers standard weekday hours (Mon-Fri) with on-call duties and a salary of approximately $62,995 per year plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff, providing direction and support.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss goals, updates, and challenges.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff members.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring workload balance.
• Address staffing issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
