Merakey is seeking a Program Manager, Residential to join our Marlton, NJ team. This role leads program operations, supervises staff, and ensures client safety and service quality in a dynamic environment.

You will develop individualized service plans, oversee intake, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with community partners to maximize program outcomes. The ideal candidate brings knowledge of human services, strong leadership, and a commitment to equity.
