Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking a Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the residential program by supervising, instructing, modeling and assisting Residential Trainers in providing direct services to residents. The Manager will coordinate the development and implementation of Person Centered Plans, ensuring residents' medical, financial and recreational needs are met.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Capable of communicating well in verbal and written form.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Ability to complete all assigned program documentation accurately and on time.
• Meeting Chrysalis driving requirements with a valid driver's license.
