Job summary

Chrysalis in Eureka, MT is seeking a Residential Manager to lead a team of mentors and shift leads in a safe, nurturing home for our students. You will manage scheduling, safety, staff development, and the overall atmosphere of the residential house.

This full-time onsite role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a heart for service. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, coordinating with HR and program staff, and ensuring high standards of student care and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related degree preferred but not required.
• Associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen in accordance with Montana state laws.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.
• Current Montana driver's license or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Ability to perform CPR and First Aid.
• Experience with adolescents and management preferred.
• Ability to plan and adjust to program or daily adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mentors and Shift Leads; conduct weekly meetings and training.
• Manage scheduling, safety, staff development and house upkeep.
• Monitor student wellbeing; implement treatment directives in the home.
• Lead quarterly safety drills and ensure compliance across shifts.
• Attend weekly interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings and share updates.
