Job summary

Chrysalis seeks a Lead Staff to support the Residential Manager in day-to-day operations and to provide direct services to residents. The role includes coordinating transportation to medical appointments and being on-call for the home.

The successful candidate will help implement Person Center Plans and supervise staff to ensure quality care. Responsibilities also cover planning menus, assisting with grocery decisions, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate house records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of six months experience with people with disabilities.
• Complete initial and ongoing training within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residential Manager with day-to-day operations of the residential program.
• Provide direct services, transportation to medical and other appointments, and on-call availability.
• Supervise and manage staff, maintain proper staffing levels, and train employees.
• Prepare and track house paperwork, newsletters, calendars, and progress reports.
• Support nutrition, hygiene, and a healthy, orderly living environment.
• Develop, implement, and report on Person Center Plans; oversee behavior plans.
• Assist individuals with budgeting and basic financial skills.
