Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking a Residential Manager to lead Mentors and Shift Leads in a structured, safe residential environment for our students. You will manage scheduling, safety, staff development, and the upkeep of the home.

This full-time, onsite role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication skills, and a heart for service. DOE; Montana location; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED; associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen per Montana state laws.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.
• Montana driver's license or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Ability to perform CPR and First Aid.
• Experience with adolescent populations and management preferred.
• Ability to plan, implement, and adjust to program or daily changes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Mentors and Shift Leads.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Provide regular performance evaluations and disciplinary guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and the Program Director during the hiring process; make final hiring decisions.
