Trinity Services, Inc. seeks a Residential Supervisor in Peoria, IL to oversee day-to-day operations of community residential sites, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for individuals served.

You will supervise staff, support Flourish Plans, and participate in leadership and administrative activities promoting safety and personal growth. The role requires leadership, scheduling, and collaboration with teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two or more 24-hour or intermittent sites and manage on-call duties.
• Review interviews, hiring, onboarding, promotions, terminations, and evaluations.
• Assign and manage staff schedules and rotations.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment and complete required checklists.
• Implement Flourish Plans and behavior support plans as applicable.
• Instruct and carry out written strategies and plans.
• Encourage community participation for individuals served.
• Monitor medical and dietary needs across all homes.
• Collaborate with other teams to promote growth of participants.
• Participate in leadership activities and required trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
