You will supervise staff, implement Flourish Plans, coordinate scheduling, conduct trainings, manage documentation, and collaborate with leadership to promote growth, safety, and quality of care across programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for two or more residential sites, including on-call and weekend coverage.
• Supervise two or more full-time Independent Living Coaches (ILCs) per site.
• Review ILC applications and participate in interviews; make hiring and performance recommendations.
• Assign and manage staff schedules and rotations.
• Provide onboarding, training, and on-the-job coaching to ILC teams.
• Implement individualized programs and behavior support plans; monitor outcomes.
• Maintain professional communication with families, staff, external agencies, and community partners.
• Participate in leadership initiatives, committees, and program improvements.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of homes; complete safety checklists and initiate maintenance requests.
