You will lead onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews while coordinating with families and external partners. The position requires a High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with a year-round on-site schedule and occasional late shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience supervising staff in residential settings is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and on-call responsibilities.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two or more 24-hour or intermittent residential sites.
• Supervise up to two or more full-time Independent Living Coaches (ILCs).
• Coordinate staff schedules, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Provide coaching and leadership to ILC teams.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance across homes.
• Monitor documentation systems and family communication.
