The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead community and residential services, ensuring person-centered supports and effective program delivery. You will supervise staff, develop and monitor Individual Support Plans, and coordinate with families, guardians, and DMH agencies to maintain high quality care.

This supervisory role emphasizes staff development, adherence to DMH-DD waivers, and collaboration across multiple service lines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required.
• One year of experience with autism spectrum disorders, psychiatric disorders, or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Five years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Direct Support staff and oversee assigned caseload.
• Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and active treatment plans.
• Coordinate program services and ensure DMH-DD standards compliance.
• Train and mentor staff; maintain quality assurance and documentation.
