The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Program Supervisor in Joplin, MO to lead residential and community services for individuals with disabilities. This salaried role includes supervising staff, developing individualized plans, and coordinating program activities to improve outcomes.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in human services (or equivalent experience) with 5 years of relevant experience or 1 year in autism/developmental disabilities; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• Five years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• One year of experience with autism spectrum disorders or developmental disabilities.
• Experience with Individualized Supported Living homes preferred.
• Valid driver license and insured vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Empower staff to improve client self-help skills.
• Develop personal plans for individuals served.
• Hire, coach, and build a strong staff team.
• Create and maintain reports and records on individuals served.
• Ensure adherence to DMH/DD standards and quality assurance.
