The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor - Behavioral Supports in Joplin, MO. You will lead a residential team, mentor technicians, and implement individualized behavioral strategies to help individuals achieve their goals.

Paid training, ongoing certifications, and growth opportunities are offered. The role requires hands-on supervision, documentation, and crisis prevention in a supportive home setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of direct care or support experience preferred.
• Ability to document clearly and communicate effectively.
• Licensed and insured driver with potential Class E license.

Mansioni

• Support daily living skills including hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and community activities.
• Mentor Behavior Support Technicians and assist with staff training and documentation.
• Implement personal plans and behavioral strategies with the team.
• Assist with medication administration after required certification.
• Ensure safe, clean, and therapeutic home environment.
• Document changes in condition, behavior, and progress toward goals.
