The Arc Fayette is seeking a Residential Director to lead the Residential Department, ensuring program excellence and adherence to the agency mission. You will supervise supervisors and specialists, mentor staff, and coordinate with the Executive Director on admissions and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities include policy development, QA&I involvement, and monitoring operations to meet best practices in the field. Proven management skills and PA licensing requirements are essential.

Formación

• Three years of management or director experience in human services.
• Valid PA Driver's License.
• Ability to pass background checks, TB and physical exams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in the Residential Department ensuring health and safety of individuals served.
• Mentor, train, and develop direct reports including Supervisors and Specialists.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with 55 Pa. Code Chapter 6100 and 6400 through policy and training.
