Evolution Solar in Peoria, IL is seeking a Residential Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure a safe, structured learning environment for students in a 10-week, 350-hour training program. This onsite role coordinates with instructors and facilities, mentors participants, and upholds housing standards throughout each cohort.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in residential program management or related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience managing residential or group living environments.
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain structure, accountability, and safety in a hands-on environment.
• Comfortable with physical training and industrial construction culture.
• Experience with system-impacted or equity-eligible populations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day program operations for residential cohorts on site.
• Coordinate with instructional and facilities teams for smooth execution.
• Oversee participant orientation, schedules, and housing records.
