Knobelsdorff Electric, Inc. in Champaign, IL seeks a Residential Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations for Evolution Solar’s 10-week training cohorts, coordinating with instructional and facilities teams to ensure safe, structured housing and participant success.

You will mentor adults, enforce housing rules, manage orientation, schedules, safety checks, and logistics, and partner with the Evolve Foundation to integrate life skills and resources while promoting teamwork and career

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential program management or related fields.
• Experience managing residential or group-living environments.
• Experience with diverse adult learners.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program execution and residential operations.
• Oversee participant orientation, schedules, and housing records.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety checks, and housing logistics.
• Mentor participants with one-on-one coaching and conflict resolution.
• Partner with Evolve Foundation to integrate life skills and resources.
• Coordinate with instructors and operations teams to support training scheduling and attendance.
• Enforce safety protocols and incident reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous program improvements based on feedback.
