Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential program management, workforce development, social services, education, correctional reentry, or related fields.
• Experience building rapport with adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to manage residential or group-living environments and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations during training cohorts, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
• Oversee participant orientation, check-in, schedules, and housing records.
• Coordinate with instructors and support teams for training logistics and safety.
• Build cohort culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and career readiness.
• Provide one-on-one coaching, conflict resolution, and non-clinical support.
