Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a Residential Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations for our 1 MW solar training program cohort in Illinois. You will coordinate with instructional and facilities teams to uphold residential standards and ensure a safe, structured environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and career readiness for participants. You will mentor participants, manage housing records, and collaborate with Evolve Foundation to integrate life skills and resources

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential program management or related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience managing residential or group-living environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program execution for residential cohorts.
• Coordinate with instructional and facilities teams to uphold standards.
• Oversee participant orientation, schedules, and housing records.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, safety checks, and residential needs.
• Build a positive cohort culture focused on teamwork and accountability.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and conflict resolution for participants.
• Partner with Evolve Foundation staff to integrate life skills and resources.
• Support training logistics, attendance, and transportation across cohorts.
• Enforce safety protocols and residential policies.
