Life Opportunities Unlimited (LOU) in Ridgewood, NJ, is hiring a Lead Program Specialist for Residential Services. You will oversee a 4-5 resident group home, ensure safety, coordinate staffing, and administer medications while maintaining records and complying with state guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a full valid New Jersey Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the group home and the well-being of our residents.
• Work cooperatively with fellow LOU staff and treating clients with dignity and respect.
• Provide assistance in personal hygiene care, house cleaning, and meal preparation.
• Drive clients to activities, appointments, and day programs.
• Maintain client and program records including progress notes and plans.
• Develop curriculum and activity calendars meeting standards; administer medication per procedures.
