Job summary

UBCSS is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Residential Rehabilitation program. This role provides hands-on operational oversight across residential staff, across multiple shifts including evenings and weekends, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained living environments.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 1 year of mental health experience, and strong organizational, communication, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, human services, mental health, psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of mental health experience.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and responsive operational oversight of residential staff across multiple shifts.
• Assist with developing and maintaining staff schedules and coverage across shifts.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to support resident goals and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to program activities.
• Balance multiple priorities while addressing residential program needs.
