Job summary

UBCSS is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Residential Rehabilitation program. This role provides hands-on operational oversight across residential staff, across multiple shifts including evenings and weekends, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained living environments.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 1 year of mental health experience, and strong organizational, communication, and teamwork
