Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in Slippery Rock, PA to oversee day-to-day operations of designated programs and ensure high-quality services for participants.

Reporting to the Program Manager, this role coordinates activities, supervises staff, manages shifts, and ensures safety and compliance across the program. Strong communication, leadership, and crisis management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within first year if required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Provide Direct Care duties including ADLs, meals, supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs including menu planning, shopping, and upkeep.
• Ensure ongoing housekeeping and maintenance.
• Monitor client safety and respond to emergencies per protocols.
