Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee daily operations of residential programs for individuals with IDD.

You will lead staff, ensure compliance with agency policies and licenses, and promote independence and community inclusion through coordinated services. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, coordinating medical and behavioral health supports, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; one year supervisory experience in residential/group home setting preferred.
• Minimum one year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities; strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification required; PCM Certification required; valid FL driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operation and management of assigned residential programs.
• Maintains adequate staffing levels to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures safe, respectful, person-centered services and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Provides coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff; conducts trainings.
• Coordinates supports across residential programs, schools, and community providers.
• Maintains required records, audits documentation, and participates in quality assurance activities.
