LifePath Hospice in Sellersville, PA is seeking a Residential Associate Director to oversee a group of supervisors and their residential homes. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, budget oversight, and ensuring high-quality programs in a community-based setting.

Responsibilities include guiding supervisors, managing program budgets, and maintaining strong engagement with families, guardians, and regulatory bodies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and 2 years supervisory experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities.
• Associate’s Degree in Human Services with 4 years experience in field of Developmental Disabilities

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a group of supervisors and their residential homes.
• Oversee training and work performance of Supervisors and Program Specialists.
• Monitor budgets and consumer finances within program limits.
• Ensure overall quality of programs and implement changes as necessary.
• Meet regularly with Supervisors to provide direction and guidance; complete yearly evaluations.
• Visit residential houses to observe interactions and promote community involvement.
• Coordinate licensure surveys and respond to consumer and family concerns.
• Interview and hire supervisors and manage disciplinary actions.
• Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and regulatory personnel.
