The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with 2 years of supervisory experience or an Associate’s Degree with 4 years in Developmental Disabilities. You will collaborate with nurses and other staff to ensure safe, effective care.

• Demonstrates leadership and management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and 2 years supervisory experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities OR Associate's Degree in Human Services with 4 years experience in Developmental Disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the training and work performance of Supervisors and Program Specialists.
• Monitor budgets to ensure programs operate within limits and review consumer finances.
• Ensure overall quality of programs and implement changes as needed.
• Meet regularly with Supervisors to provide direction, guidance, and evaluations.
• Visit residential houses to observe interactions and promote community involvement.
• Attend licensing surveys and participate in changes indicated.
