Job summary

Wayside Youth in Framingham is seeking a Program Director for the Male Residential Unit on our Residential Campus. You will oversee operations, ensure quality client care, staff development and licensing compliance, while managing budget and stakeholder relationships.

You will supervise Direct Care Supervisors, conduct evaluations, and lead risk management, documentation, and crisis response. Experience in residential services, budget oversight, and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred, but not required.
• Minimum five years experience in the field and three years in a supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of DCF Residential Programs; experience supervising staff and budget management.
• Strong commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion; leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Care Supervisors and staff; conduct timely performance evaluations.
• Attend to risk management and compliance issues; document and notify per policy.
• Oversee case management responsibilities for all staff.
• Staffing and expense management within budgeted expectations and ratios.
• Address facility or safety issues and complete monthly inspection reports.
• Become a TCI instructor and provide trainings on behavior support and trauma-informed techniques.
• Be part of the administrator on-call system and follow agency policies.
