Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with individuals with behavioral disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Managers and conduct meetings.
• Respond to calls during off hours.
• Perform Manager or DSP duties as needed and fill shifts when necessary.
• Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
• Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
• Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in the BH field.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
