Fitzmaurice Community Services, Inc. in Stroudsburg, PA, seeks a seasoned Program Director to oversee high‑quality residential services and ensure full licensing compliance.

You will lead managers, coordinate care, and drive performance across programs. The role requires strong leadership in behavioral health, hands‑on supervision, and meticulous documentation, while maintaining client rights, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with individuals with behavioral disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Managers and conduct meetings.
• Respond to calls during off hours.
• Perform Manager or DSP duties as needed and fill shifts when necessary.
• Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
• Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
• Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in the BH field.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.

We are seeking a committed Program Director (PD) to ensure the delivery of high‑quality residential services and maintain full compliance with licensing standards and agency requirements. This role serves as a key leadership position within the organization, requiring strong integrity and a thorough understanding of licensing regulations and legislation related to Behavioral Health (BH). Position Details:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Total: FT 40hrs./wk. (Hours and times vary based on program needs)

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise Managers and conduct meetings.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Provide and maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy
• Experience working with individuals with Behavioral disabilities
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Residential Group Home experience
• Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid
