Job summary

• Oversees and manages 3–6 programs and ensures quality across locations.
• Manages weekly treatment team meetings at each location for effective communication.
• Oversees patient intake and discharge processes and related paperwork.
• Maintains facility and environment of care; ensures safety and compliance with policies.
• Coordinates with home office departments and external referral sources to ensure continuity of care.
• Manages staff timekeeping and payroll reporting; monitors budget and reports overages to Operations.
