Job summary

Carey Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Coordinator to provide administrative and direct support in group homes in the Upland area. You’ll onboard new hires, schedule staff for medical appointments, and help implement individualized service plans tailored to each resident’s goals and needs.

You will respond to crises, document incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance across caseloads, working with other departments to deliver high quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to learn basic teaching principles and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Represent the agency with full compliance during surveys and inspections.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and update procedures.
• Provide direct support and programming for individuals per plans.
• Maintain home documentation and program data for each individual served.
• Collaborate with Quality Compliance Administrator on new hire trainings.
• Ensure timely incident reports, case notes, and program data completion.
• Promote safety, housekeeping, and proactive maintenance of service quality.
• Train newly hired staff on CBTs for individuals served.
• Protect the rights, health, and safety of individuals per HIPAA guidelines.
