Job summary

Carey Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Coordinator to support Upland and Hartford City group homes.

You will assist onboarding new staff, schedule staff for medical appointments, provide direct support when needed, and help implement person-centered service plans tailored to individuals' goals. You will respond to crises, ensure timely incident documentation, maintain program data, and collaborate with departments to uphold high quality care and regulatory compliance across assigned

Qualifications

• Experience assisting individuals to gain independence and skills.
• Experience with accredited agencies providing supports to individuals with disabilities.
• Must learn basic principles of teaching and document well.

Responsibilities

• Represent the agency with full compliance during surveys and inspections.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and up-to-date procedures.
• Provide direct support and programming for individuals per plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in home settings per regulations.
• Coordinate with Quality Compliance Administrator on trainings and progress.
• Complete incident reports, case notes, and program data on time.
• Promote safety and proactive maintenance; deliver quality service.
• Train new staff on CBTs for individuals served.
• Safeguard rights and HIPAA compliance for individuals.
