Dungarvin inc is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator (RPC) to manage finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, and household responsibilities while coordinating staff schedules and ensuring program coverage.

You will support supervisors, coach staff, and perform direct service shifts, including personal care, meals, and transportation. The role emphasizes person-centered planning and teamwork to help individuals live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or one year of lead staff experience, or a two-year degree in a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management, and educational/vocational programs.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming, individual supports, and team communication.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff and support team members.
• Perform direct support duties during assigned shifts, including personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote person-centered supports that foster independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes.
• Assist with household management and help maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained home environment, including general housekeeping and upkeep tasks.
• Communicate program, household, medical, behavioral, and staffing needs to supervisors.
