Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator to support individuals with disabilities in a community-based residential setting. The RPC will coordinate services, manage staff schedules, and assist with daily living activities while promoting person-centered supports and independence.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or related lead staff experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management and educational/vocational programs.
• Create and manage staff schedules for adequate program coverage.
• Assist supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming and team communication.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to staff and support team members.
• Perform direct support duties including personal cares, meal prep, transportation and daily living activities.
