Dungarvin is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator to oversee client programs and staff, ensuring person-centered supports and safe, effective service delivery. The RPC will coordinate finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, and vocational programs while maintaining open communication with supervisors and teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or one year of lead staff experience, or a two-year degree in a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management, and educational/vocational programs.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming, individual supports, and team communication.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff and support team members.
• Perform direct support duties during assigned shifts, including personal cares, meal preparation, transportation, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote person-centered supports that foster independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes.
• Assist with household management and help maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained home environment, including general housekeeping and upkeep tasks.
• Communicate program, household, medical, behavioral, and staffing needs to supervisors.
