Dungarvin inc is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator (RPC) to coordinate services across finances, healthcare, nutrition, and education. You will create and manage staff schedules, support the supervisor in program consistency, and provide coaching to staff while performing direct support during shifts.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, independence, and dignity, with duties including household management and transportation. Full-time with weekend and holiday coverage is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Minimum two years' experience with individuals with disabilities and/or one year of lead staff experience, or a two-year degree in a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management, and educational/vocational programs.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming, individual supports, and team communication.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff and support team members.
• Perform direct support duties during assigned shifts, including personal cares, meal preparation, transportation, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote person-centered supports that foster independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes.
• Assist with household management and help maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained home environment.
• Communicate program, household, medical, behavioral, and staffing needs to supervisors.
