Job summary

Amego Inc. is seeking a qualified residential services coordinator to manage a group home, ensure safety, rights, and smooth daily operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate services, and handle finances for clients.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, certification in First Aid/CPR, MAP, and hands-on ABA/PBS experience. Driver’s license is required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• A minimum of an undergraduate degree in human services or two years’ experience.
• Experience with ABA Therapy, PBS, and Physical Restraint procedures.
• First Aid and CPR Certification or ability to become certified.
• MAP Certification or ability to become certified.
• Must have and retain an active driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health, safety and human rights of all individuals and staff at all times.
• Oversee daily functions of the residential setting and staff supervision.
• Communicate with guardians, government agencies, and management.
• Facilitate services including behavior support plans and health/dietary plans.
• Oversee operations including scheduling, outings, finances, and petty cash.
