Amego Inc. is seeking a qualified residential program coordinator for our Millis, MA location. The role oversees the residential group home operations and ensures safety, rights, and well‑being for residents and staff.

The coordinator will supervise staff, facilitate behavior support plans, health and dietary plans, and maintain open communication with guardians and government agencies. A degree in human services is preferred, with experience in ABA/PBS and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in human services or related field.
• Experience implementing ABA Therapy and PBS.
• Ability to perform and supervise physical restraint procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health, safety and human rights of all individuals and staff.
• Oversee daily functions of the residential setting.
• Communicate with guardians, agencies and management.
• Supervise staff providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Coordinate behavioral, health and dietary plans and services.
