Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Experience implementing ABA Therapy and PBS.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR or ability to certify.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety and human rights of individuals and staff.
• Oversee daily operations of the residential setting and staff supervision.
• Coordinate services including behavior plans, finances, and health/dietary plans.
• Manage scheduling, outings, appointments and client finances.
