Job summary

The role also oversees day-to-day facility operations in Elkhorn City, KY, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of residential behavioral health experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple community partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years residential experience in the behavioral health field.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and agencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor.
• Bilingual ability is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director in scheduling, staffing, and reporting as requested.
• Facilitate meetings for the consortium, public, and community leaders.
• Ensure directives from the program director are completed by staff.
• Assist in closing coverage gaps as needed and prepare reports.
• Develop community relationships to achieve project goals and maintain partnerships.
• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead orientation and ongoing training for program staff as directed by the Program Director.
• Assist in program marketing and outreach to strengthen community partners.
