Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience in a comparable position is required.
• Two or more years in a behavioral health environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support program participants under direction of the Program Director.
• De-escalate crises using approved intervention techniques to ensure safety.
• Assist with intake assessments and participant transport as needed (if authorized).
• Ensure safety and adherence to WestCare policies; maintain a clean, safe facility.
