Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily activities of program participants and document in the electronic medical record.
• Train new direct care staff and verify task completion per program director.
• Ensure safety and adherence to WestCare policies and program rules.
• Assist with initial assessments and onboarding of new participants.
• Transport participants to medical appointments and activities as needed.
• Maintain the facility's cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment.
