Job summary

Elwyn is seeking staff for its Adult Residential Treatment Facility to support residents with behavioral health needs. You will develop individualized plans, provide supportive counseling, and advocate for residents’ rights with external agencies and families.

Team cooperation and adherence to safety protocols are essential. Responsibilities include facilitating Psycho-Educational groups, coordinating community integration, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services or related field preferred; or 60 college credits hours with one year behavioral health experience; or 30 credits with two years in field.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and to communicate clearly.
• Must be able to perform CPR and crisis intervention using agency protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individual progress for residents in the RT facility.
• Provides supervision and programmatic decision-making and advocates for residents' rights.
• Facilitates therapeutic groups and plans community integration.
• Maintains communication with medical staff and outside support services.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and adherence to behavior plans; participates in meetings.
