Home Life in Corvallis, Oregon, seeks an Assistant Program Manager to assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Residential program, including scheduling, payroll, and finances, while safeguarding personal information of supported individuals.

The role reports to the Program Manager and requires maintaining attendance, completing required training, and working collaboratively with staff to deliver high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience working as a care provider, preferably with IDD.
• Pass a criminal history check from DHS and recheck every 2 years.
• US citizen or legally able to work in the United States.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned program, including scheduling, payroll, and finances.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguarding of personal information of supported individuals.
• Communicate effectively with staff, individuals, and stakeholders to coordinate services.
• Attend staff meetings and required training as assigned by the PM or Training Coordinator.
• Follow NADSP Code of Ethics and assist with program responsibilities as directed by the Program Manager.
