Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York is seeking a Residential Manager to coordinate daily operations for assigned residences in Germantown and ensure OPWDD compliance. You will oversee staffing, inventories, and resident activities, guiding staff to meet daily objectives and long-term goals.

The role includes orientation, ongoing trainings, and collaboration with the Treatment Team to implement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates degree or 60+ credits required, but will consider substituting three years of experience in mental health for the academic requirement.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in a residential setting serving the same population.
• Must have strong passion for working with children and adults with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for assigned residences with Residential Director.
• Oversee staffing ratio, benefit use and overtime in conjunction with Residential Director.
• Ensure staff receive all necessary trainings during orientation and annually.
• Attend and participate in Treatment Team meetings and adhere to Treatment Team procedures.
