Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Poughkeepsie, NY seeks a Residential Manager to lead a residence, ensure staffing, and oversee daily operations. The role emphasizes compliance with OPWDD regulations and coordinating treatment team activities.

You will supervise staff, coordinate inventories, and support residents in daily activities, with a focus on achieving long-term goals and a safe, supportive living environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associates or 60+ credits may be substituted with 3 years in mental health.
• Two years' experience in a residential setting serving the same population.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and humorous.
• Strong passion for helping children and adults with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for assigned residences with the Residential Director.
• Ensure proper staffing ratio and monitor overtime.
• Oversee compliance with OPWDD regulations in the residence.
• Ensure staff receive trainings during orientation and annually.
• Attend and participate in Treatment Team and planning meetings when required.
