Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates degree or 60+ credits required, substitution of 3 years of mental health experience considered.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily operations for assigned residences with the Residential Director.
• Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and maintain inventories and supplies.
• Oversee staff staffing ratios and overtime in coordination with the Residential Director.
• Ensure staff trainings during orientation and annually.
• Prepare and attend Treatment Team meetings and follow Treatment Team procedures.
