Zusammenfassung

Catholic Charities of Onondaga County - Toomey is seeking a Program Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our residential and community services. You will manage staff, support individuals in meeting daily goals, and coordinate treatment and behavioral plans in a collaborative setting.

Applicants should have an associate degree, 2–5 years’ experience with individuals with disabilities, and a valid NYS driver’s license. This role offers growth opportunities within the agency.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree and two to five years of experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation; vehicle required for work.

Aufgaben

• Ensure efficient operation of the program, staff, and individuals served to meet daily goals.
• Work with individuals to develop residential and behavioral habilitation plans and review progress.
• Observe and assess progress; adjust goals as needed and maintain necessary paperwork.
• Complete payroll and incident reports; maintain program records in a timely manner.
• Hire, orient, train, supervise, evaluate, and coach residential or program staff.
• Participate as a team trainer for agency trainings; collaborate with other providers and staff.
• May monitor and manage personal allowance funds and household accounts; on-call as assigned.
