Opportunity Partners in Minnesota seeks a Residential Program Supervisor II to support people with disabilities in group homes, helping them live independently and participate in their communities. You will enhance quality of life through person-centered planning and teamwork.
You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, coordinate staffing, and partner with care teams. This role requires compassionate leadership, reliable transportation, and designated coordinator qualifications.

As a Residential Program Supervisor II in our group homes, you will support people with disabilities to successfully live in their homes and participate in their communities. You will assist these individuals with increasing their independence and quality of life.
