Opportunity Partners is seeking a Residential Program Supervisor I to help people with disabilities live independently in group homes and participate in their communities. You will work with individuals to increase independence and quality of life, guiding care teams and coordinating plans.
You will lead Direct Support Professionals, support staff training, and manage scheduling to meet each person’s support needs, while collaborating with the program manager on coaching and development.
