Job summary

Community Access, Inc. in Lawton, OK is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator to supervise residential services for individuals with I/DD and support direct-care staff.

The role involves health and safety oversight, on-call responsibilities, and coordination with nurses, guardians, and case managers. The position requires hands-on supervisory leadership, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage emergencies and ensure compliance with IPs and services.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential staff and coordinating care
• Ability to respond to emergencies and unexpected situations
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Comfort with after-hours on-call requirements
• Healthcare or nursing-related background preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential services for individuals with I/DD
• Directly supervise, train, and support House Managers and Direct Support Professionals
• Ensure IPs, behavioral supports, nursing instructions, and services are implemented
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of individuals served
• Conduct routine and unannounced home visits and document findings
• Coordinate with nursing, guardians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team
• Assist with medical appointments and healthcare-related needs
• Respond to emergencies and staffing issues; provide direct coverage when needed
• Complete required reports and administrative tasks
